We had ordered a robot vacumm. We received it on 27/09/2019.It had a problem with the right wheel and it was not working.Since 11/10/2019 I was sending mails to Gearbest . but had no reply. Anyway on 22/10-2019 the reply to me asking fotos,videos,invoices and so on.I sent everything.Then I waited 10 more days for a reply. Then they told me that the 45 days for return had passed ( of course I was waitng their reply).Anyway I agreed to sent me a spare part. I received it on 17/01/2020. and it was THE WRONG wheel. I start to think that they are jocking. I informed then immediatelly and the reply to me on 25/02/2020 (after a lot of mails) asking fotos,videos and so on. I still dont know which will be the conclution. So according to my opinion, you have to stay away
