Never buy from them. At the beginning of February i paid for a robot vacuum cleaner that was supposed to be delivered in 10-18 days. When that time passed, they've asked me to wait 7 more days. When that passed too they have asked me to wait 20 more days. Keep in mind that they always refer to days as working days. So 45 days for them equals 2 months. When the 45 days passed they've asked to wait 5 more days. In the end I've lost my patience and warned them i will open a dispute with my bank. They then offered to refund me the price of the vacuum cleaner but not the shipping or insurance because "it's not their fault'. I asked them to tell me who the shipping company is. They said they can't. Tracking showed 3 companies in total until it stopped. Support is aplogetic but totally useless. Most answers are confusing. In the end, after filing a claim with by bank and almost 4 and 1/2 months since the original purchase date I got my money back.
Most online good reviews are fake. They offer points on their website for good reviews.
Still, i do believe that sometimes, some folk ger their products.
But if i had to fight them for more than 2 months to get my money back in a case that was clear as day (non-delivery) i can only imagine the horror through which one must pass if the product gets delivered but it's either DOA or develops an issue later on. Banks can't do much in this case so you're on your own.
