They have really gone downhill. Not only does it take 2 months to normally receive most products but you better add a couple more to it. rediculous! Then you will submit a ticket to complain and they will tell you its no longer available and they will give you site credit. Then you get to do it all over again. I don't want their freaking credit I want my money back! I told them I was going to take the next step WHEN i didnt get my stuff in the next two weeks like the told me. Well miracolously I got the merchandise. Well some of it. I tried to use the credit I have and get something from the USA warehouse and forgot the stupid password for the wallet. So I hit "forgot password" and it wont except a new password. On top of everything else the site is such a royal pian in the a@@!
