I just returned from a two week fishing trip in Alaska, which involved off and on rain nearly every day and now spray when on boats. In all of that I never had an issue with my hearing aids or batteries quitting on me due to moisture. In the past this has been an issue when I have been hiking, hunting or fishing. However, in the two weeks in the last frontier I only needed two batteries for each of my hearing aids. I also found that the Ear Gear made the hearing aids much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. All and all I had no negatives associated with the ear gear, just win wins!
