I am giving 4 stars only because of the stress that was caused by actually loosing my phone for a week. I do appreciate it was not Gecko fault as they use Royal Mail but I’ve sold old phones before and it was alway quick and easy. Once my phone was located(I didn’t expect and was already told it could be up to five weeks) it was very quick and I did receive the updates on a regular base. Make sure you have all the photos of the packaging and tracking. As said not really Gecko fail but it did leave bad taste for a week of not knowing, if the phone will be found and how long will it take for all the payment and prices. Overall I would say they team was great and Earl with it as best they could.
