Brilliant company. Had previous bad experience with other recycling companies so did reach out to customer services a quite a few times for updates etc. They were always willing to help and answer my questions. A few days after getting my quote I checked the value of my phone on their website and saw that it had dropped slightly, however because my quote was valid for 7 days and met the description I entered they honoured their quote (other companies don't do this, if their buy value dropped they just invent issues to just reduce the price, but not gecko thankfully). Gecko also offered the most money of all the recycling websites and the money was paid quickly. Really happy with the service I received from this company! 10/10 will use again.
