I bought a mobile recently for my husband, the service was quick and efficient and he loved the phone. Unfortunately a couple of months later the phone went completely dead. I contacted Gecko mobile and they were absolutely brilliant, they very quickly helped me through the process to return the phone for inspection, then they asked if we would like repair or replacement. We chose replacement and the new phone was here the next day. Everything was dealt with professionally, efficiently and very quickly the problem was solved. Would definitely use Gecko mobile in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.
