I'd never heard of this company before so I was a little apprehensive. Still, I accepted the quotation on the Gecko Mobile website and received a pre-paid envelope and sticker from them the next day (note: they don't provide a box). I packaged up the iPad and sent it. Gecko Mobile received it the next day and emailed me to say so. A couple of hours later they emailed me again to say they've transferred me the money and, sure enough, I check my internet banking and there it was. I was quite amazed. No messing about, no downgrading the quote after receiving the device, just honest and super-efficient. I'll definitely use them again.
