Used a compare site and found Ghecko Mobile offered the highest price for my iPhone 7. I printed off the postage label and sale order sheet and posted it to them using my own packaging. The very next day I received packaging from Ghecko, although as I used my own I didn’t need it. But it arrived quickly which would have been useful. Texts and emails were sent through the whole process.... letting me know when my phone arrived with them, and when it was sent for processing. Once they were done checking it they sent a text and email informing me of this , and that they were sending payment which was the amount of the original quote. The only improvement I would suggest is that you look at processing phones on a Saturday, as I had sent mine on a Friday but it didn’t get to them until the Monday. But other than that I think they offer a great service. Will definitely consider using them again !
