I stupidly made the mistake of sending two phones off At the same time - one to gecko and one to one of your main rivals. With gecko it was simple, quick and you paid what you originally offered. With the other it took 10 working days to arrive and has apparently arrived faulty. My lesson from this is that In future I will trust gecko with my next phone!
