Phone arrived quickly and was packaged well. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition given that this was rated good online, it was a first phone for our daughter so didn't want anything too excessive. The phone is in fantastic condition fully working with minimal if any scratches etc. All in all couldn't have asked for more.
