I guess I have been very lucky because I have only had a few issues, and any time I do I contact support. I either get my money returned to me or put towards geek cash, and in either case I still have the option to wait for the item. I have always decided to wait, and it pays off cause for all of two times I have received my item. You do have to wait a while, and many complain about the size with clothes/items but all that is needed is to read the size conversion chart or the description to check the size. If you are going to complain about the size of the clothes/items blame yourself for not putting the effort in to read the details...not Geek/Wish.
