PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT FAKE GOODS AND NO REFUND!!! This company is a complete joke! At first I thought it was alright as I bought Airpod Pros that were faulty, I contacted them and within 2hrs I received an email with a returns notice. I initially wanted another pair but changed my mind so I enclosed a note with the faulty goods to say I would like a refund. A few days later I received another set of Airpods, I contacted them through their website 14 times with no reply, I used the chat on the website a further 8 times but no one has ever responded. After reading the reviews I thought I won’t get a reply so I will try and get some of my money back by selling them on to a tech selling site. I have just received an email from the company I used which states “ Unfortunately your Apple AirPods Pro is not authentic”. That’s me £100 out of pocket and will now be going through my bank to get my money back. This company is an absolute disgrace!! Whoever owns it is an absolute cowboy!
