Got a set of Airpods for my son's christmas, delivery was fast no issues and they look like the real deal, but as soon as my son used them he said they're not as good as my partners set (she got hers from John Lewis 6 months ago), I actually paid for the extra warranty too so I got in touch by email - SILENCE!!
Exactly the same as everybody below, email sent, no reply. Web form completed, no reply.
If it is this easy to rip people off and get away with it we should all be at it.
I will be working out next steps starting with taken the device to Apple store to check the fake status and them contacting card provider to see what can be done.
