I got pair of AirPods Pro for my sons for Christmas. They are not genuine, they stopped working. I’ve got letter from Apple to confirm that they are fake. Nobody replied to me from Geek swag, I sent a lot of massages. I called my bank explaining everything. I paid for the AirPods with my debit card so I wasn’t sure if I will get my money back but they were excellent, I’ve got my money back on the same day and now there will be a dispute. So my recommendation is to call your bank straight away, explain that you have been a victim of a scum and you should get your money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! They should be stopped immediately!
