The website has in the fine print that the AirPods are refurbed. Inspecting them, they are for sure legit.. bizarrely the packaging is not. It seems that refurbed Apple AirPods are sold in a counterfeit box. I can understand the negative reviews. The website should be a lot more clear about the product. I am happy with what I got and it arrived on time but I get the vibe it’s one young guy running the whole thing and he is struggling a bit. Altogether 3 stars as I’m happy with what I got.
