Never shopping here again. Order 2 items before Xmas. Never arrived. Emailed 3 times and no reply. Had to go to my bank to request a refund which they gave me. Then out of the blue the items arrived at the end of February swiftly followed by an email.the next day asking why i had gone to my bank to get a refund as the items had been delivered. Replied with the fact they were Christmas presents and I didnt need them know and guess what..... no reply to that email either. This company is a laughing stock. I sincerely hope they go out of business so no one else has to be let down by them
