Awful! I bought a board game and went to cancel it straight away as I found it cheaper else where. They did not respond and the order stated pending. No responses for 5 emails. I then messaged then about the availability of a different product, I got a reply straight away. I then asked them to cancel my order, they said they would, they never did. I got in touch with my bank and the fraud team, I got the refund. The order still states pending. I will, of course, not accept the delivery of the game if it ever arrives (probably won't). This website is clearly a scam, no doubt. Please don't get caught out.
