Got some boots and had a defect, got sorted very quickly. Needed them ASAP so had to pay for another pair while the other got refund. Says next day delivery if ordered by 3pm, I ordered at 11.30am on a Tuesday and got them on the Friday at 2pm. Don’t promote something that isn’t true.
