I ordered a part based on their very specific description, which stated it would definitely fit my specific model and meet my specific need. The part I received did not match any part on the unit. I contacted them for assistance and they stated I would have to send photos of the generator and demonstrate that it did not match. I did so, then the runaround began. I finally indicated I was requesting a refund and requested a prepaid return shipping label. They refused to pay for return shipping, stating it was "my fault" for ordering the "wrong" part, and citing a deceptive return policy. They refused to admit that they had sold a part that was essentially useless. I am out nearly $60.00 and have only a useless part to show for it. This is no way to treat customers, and I believe this is a deceptive practice which makes it nowhere near cost effective to return items that do not match or fit, especially for those ordering from abroad (in my case, United States). It is merely a way to scam international customers out of their money. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SELLER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
