Don't waste your time with this company, I spent almost 30mins listening to the recording and making numerous selections only to be disconnected from their end. They publish a phone number that is supposed to be answered from 5am EST. On the second try, I woke up at 5:30am to make the call and once again was stuck in an endless que with neverending voice overs. This company is too big to care about their customers. They had us when we spent our money and thats all they care about. To this day they have never called back OR emailed me.
