At first I had Purchased two miners from their website , they were an S19j Pro and an Avalon 1166 but literally 1 minute after I sent my btc and got a confirmation email I got a second email telling me my order was cancelled and they had refunded me. At first I was very skeptical and scared since I had been burnt by another scammers company but Gavin was able to reach out to me and explained that I had overpaid for my order. Not only he was able to hold my original miners but gave me an upgrade on one of them and has been very kind and patient with me on this process! Very responsive and have been great help! Im definitely buying from them again!
