I bought a Dyson floor cleaner online at 5:35 pm on Tuesday from Gerald Giles who promptly acknowledged my order. On Thursday morning they advised me it had been dispatched. On Thursday morning I received an email from the courier (APC) to say it was on its way and it arrived at 9:35 am that same morning. I was so impressed with the ease of ordering, the communication and the fast delivery - 40 hours is exceptionally good - and the item was very well packaged. I would certainly use this company again.
