Geronigo are to be avoided at all costs... Don't waste your time, money and energy on these arrogant, unprofessional, unscrupulous cheeky neanderthals. Take your business elsewhere. I had been scheduled to attend a quad bike session on Saturday 15th of October 2022 at 230pm at Uxbridge.... Unfortunately i could not attend this session as I was required to, at the last minute, catch an early flight back to Belfast on Friday morning 14th October 2022 to visit my Father in hospital... He had taken ill suddenly.... Thankfully on Saturday evening, October 15th my father showed signs that he was on the mend and the road to recovery.... Meanwhile on Saturday evening at 9pm, i discovered that i had a missed call from the quad bike instructor, a Mr Paul Nichols who had called me on Saturday afternoon (whilst I had been visiting my dad in hospital, whilst my mobile was on "silent",) to remind me of my up and coming quad bike session at 230pm at Uxbridge on Saturday October 15th .... To be honest, what with was presently going on with my father's health, i completely forgot about this quad bike session.... And consequently missed it. I had later got in contact with Paul Nichols who told me that he informed his office regarding my dad's health and the reasons why I wasn't present at this Saturday afternoon slot for quad biking at Uxbridge on Saturday afternoon, October 15th 2022 at 230pm. I had made contact with the customer services office at Geronigo this morning, Tuesday October 25th to explain the situation regarding why i had missed this Saturday afternoon slot on October 15th, to apologise and under the circumstances that were out of my control, i had requested an alternative date/appointment /opportunity in the future for a quad bike session at no extra cost to myself. As far as I am concerned, that wasn't an unreasonable request given the extenuating circumstances. I have to say that I was shocked, flabbergasted,surprised, disappointed and angered at the reception that I received from that reprobate, tramp at Geronigo's customer service who i dealt with... That said reprobate in question declined to give his name, though he had an unmistakable brummie accent... According to this arrogant goon at customer services i was merely a "no show". How dare he...... I fully explained my situation surrounding my ill father at hospital to this brummie but according to him, i should have called his office to inform him that i wouldn't be able present for this quad biking session??? .... As it seems, this idiot in customer services isn't living in the real world. When he has an ill family member, next of kin in hospital, perhaps someone will show this moron a damn sight more compassion and courtesy than what he has shown me. To be honest, i had more important things on my mind what with all the things going on at the hospital with my ill father... Which explains why I completely forgot about this quad bike session on Saturday October 15th 2022... Do yourself a favour, do not have any dealings with these idiots Geronigo....
