Lovely customer service - I order a pair of gloves that turn out to be a little too big, I called the branch that had the size I wanted and asked if they could measure it for me so I can make sure it fits and they were super helpful and after I returned the gloves (for free) they call me up just to make sure I was happy with the swap choice Nice one get geared
