Good but sometimes frustrating - The trousers arrived within 48 hours which was great. Emails generally keep you informed of the progress. The website is quite frustrating at times though, particularly the account section. It doesn’t quite tell you what you need to know about your order. It’s good if you want to reorder the same items again, but how often do you need to do that? I have ordered stuff and had to wait for it to be in stock in spite of what the website says. Communication was then poor, no email, not even to say it had been dispatched. The gear is good, the customer service is adequate but the systems don’t always work smoothly, so you can be left frustrated.
