Items arrived just fine, but communication could be better - I was made fully aware that due to being low/out of stock the item would take additional time to arrive, and the item did take over a month to arrive, and although it did show up in perfect condition, I felt 'out of the loop' the entire time. For starters, the email receipt I got said if an item isn't dispatched within 10 or so days, I'd be contacted by them to explain why and given an ETA. I wasn't contacted even after 12 days, prompting me to phone through instead for a status update. Was told they were having issues with supplier and that's why item was delayed, but expected very soon. Great. Two or so weeks later, still hasn't arrived. Well, the item HAS arrived now and it's great. I just think they should keep customers up to date when things are delayed beyond original expectations, simply to keep the customer feeling reassured and informed, and to give them additional options. The review was going to be a 3 star review but I gave them an additional star because my other orders were handled very well and a refund/exchange I asked for was also handled without any difficulty.
