The only shop I go to - I use Get Geared for a number of reasons. They're generally on point with price and they stock a good variety of brands. The reward points scheme is pretty useful. Their free returns policy means if I shop online I can try several sizes before buying. But most of all, it's the customer service. I've dealt with the customer service team on the phone and had customer service direct from the lads in Surrey and it's always absolutely perfect. People are helpful, professional and timely. If they say they are going to call you back, they do. If you have an issue, they do their best to solve it for you with minimal pain. I don't even look anywhere else now. On a given item, if you want to ship from abroad you *might* find it cheaper, but if it does not fit, you're not going to get the standard of service you do from these guys. Absolutely magnificent.
