Excellent service - I ordered 3 items, a Rukka jacket and trousers as well as Alpinestars gloves. The trousers were dispatched separately and when they arrived I called the Leatherhead branch to find out where the other items were. The person who answered checked my order and said that the items would be dispatched from Leeds and the gloves were on back order. He then asked if I'd like the jacket sent separately and upgraded the delivery to 'next day' as he said the order was high value. I was offered the opportunity to order different gloves, cancel or wait for the original order. The gloves were then sent the next day by 24hr courier. Oh, and I used the 20% off voucher sent out for my birthday which saved me a nice chunk of cash and used the 0% 24 month finance option. The prices were already competitive and I'm more than happy with the overall process.
