Great customer service from the phone call through to buying in the shop. I phoned ahead to let them know what I was looking for and price range, when I got there they had a selection ready for me, it was a Monday, so might be a bit pushed to do the same on a Saturday. 1st thing they showed me was exactly what I was looking for and it was below the budget price I had quoted, so purchased some boots as well. Great stock levels in the bigger sizes not many places carry 4XL jackets and size 12 boots. Prices are great plus you get great customer service. I will be recommending to anyone who asks.
