Get geared were absolutely brilliant from the get go. I ordered 4 pieces from the website, and a day later asked if I could upgrade the delivery to ensure I had it before the weekend. This was no problem for them and Trish had it sorted strait away. The jacket I bought came up a little small, so I went into the shop to exchange it, and was met by Martin. Martin was very helpful, helped me try on a few different jackets to make sure I can the absolute right one for me. After this, he also took the time with me trying on some new gloves. He talked me through all the different brands, styles, weatherproofing and all sorts! Offering many options and different solutions tailored to what I was looking for. Customer service is absolute top notch! And on top of that, you even get a free sweet in the box! Happy days.
