I've been using the nourishment layers stacks for a few weeks now, and I'm definitely seeing results! Since I can't take any prescription meds for menopause, having a custom stack tailored for my needs has been invaluable. I definitely feel more balanced. What I love most is the ability to customize my own layers and swap them out for different ones within the stack for my next monthly order. It's a brilliant customized nutrient stack. It would be helpful if the packets were enclosed in some sort of bag, as they currently come individually wrapped and loose in the box. This would make storage more organized and convenient.
