I really love these! They taste great, they have a good texture (I’m very texture-sensitive). Getting 7 supplements in one is fab and they feel like such a treat. Being individually wrapped is super helpful. It took awhile to get my first box, about two weeks, then after three weeks I got an email to say my next one was being prepared (great!) but then it was silence for two weeks…. I was really disappointed that I’d ran out and hadn’t received the next box, and a bit concerned about the company, however the customer service was great- I got in touch and they fixed it straight away and promised a 30% discount on next months, I also received the box within a few days. That was very reassuring. I notice improvements from the iron and potentially some other health changes but I’m only 6 weeks in so it is a bit early! I’m going to edit it slightly to get more benefits and find the best mixture for me. I’m really happy with this and very much recommend it, I’ve been recommending it to everyone!
