Love how convenient nourished is, all vitamins in one place V various different bottles and pills to take daily. I like that you can pick the flavour, only one downside is there is a strong liqourice taste coming through on mine, maybe making it less enjoyable. Would consider understanding what component causes the taste and looking for an alternative.. but nourished gives thar flexibility which is great.
