We ordered through amazon a couple times and each time we recieved a hand written letter from get set pet thanking us for our purchase, we thought this was a lovely touch so this time we decided to go straight through get set pet. I received 10% off my order by going through them direct which was amazing, they kept me updated throughout my purchase and delivery, arrived sooner then they anticipated, I had a query on the food I was buying so contacted customer service and they were very helpful. We received another hand written note with free dog bags and holder. Amazing from beginning, would recommend using get set pet and we will definitely be using them moving forward. Thank you
