Get Set Pet we’re very good, I had lots of problems with DPD delivery & ended up having to buy dog food from elsewhere as my delivery did not arrive. On the scheduled day of delivery I received an email saying unable to make the delivery as no one was home, but on checking my doorbell, no delivery attempt was made. I contacted Get Set Pet & they did chase DPD promptly to ensure my parcel would be delivered the following day. The following day my parcel still didn’t arrive & I had to buy from elsewhere. On day 3 my parcel still didn’t arrive & I eventually got a call from DPD,on my landline (don’t know how they got that as I’ve never used it) who were unable to find my house & were at a property about a mile away. I eventually managed to direct them to my house & received my parcel. Get Set Pet we’re very good at helping with these problems & I would like to start using them on a regular basis but am reluctant due to the issues around delivery.
