First time using this company and the product. I decided to buy indirectly and avoid direct purchase from the manufacturer because their deals and quantities were not available. Took a chance and was pleased. Free gift and a hand written note on both orders . It’s fickle of me but the time it takes to do that is appreciated and does make a difference to how I feel about the purchase. So once my pooch has scoffed his way through 48kg of food I’m going on subscription to resolve the storage issues.
