I haven't yet received my order but there was a note through the letterbox saying they attempted to deliver a parcel and it was at the post office. I've had to request re-delivery and ensure it's a (rare) day I'll be working from home. I ordered 3 x 10kg bags of dry dog food, so it's not practical for me to go collect it (otherwise I would have bought locally). I'd ordered it and the date that it was said it would be delivered did not happen. In the comments when ordering I did ask if no-one was in not to leave it on front door step but to leave it in greenhouse. I was not sure when it was due to arrive and I was out at work. If I'd wanted to buy 3 massive bags of dog food that I would collect myself I'd have bought locally. As it is, due to the delay, I've had to buy some dry dog food elsewhere.
Given this is the first time Ive used Get Set Pet, I'm far from impressed.
