I love dealing with this company. I love the little gift in with each order (doggy bags - very useful) and the handwritten note from the owners. The product arrives on time and well packaged and our Collie loves the Senior Turkey and rice by James Wellbeloved. I was missing something in the last order and when I mentioned this they responded immediately and the missing product arrived by return.
