Hello, GetSetPet shipping is very fast which is amazing! and the prices are good, but there are 2 things that I can say you can improve on: 1. advertising a free gift with purchase, gifting just the one licking stick is a little underwhelming. the previous place I got pet food from gave the full sheet of them or some cat toys. In my opinion, receiving just the one for my two cats feels like it was better not receiving any in the first place. 2. Regarding the subscription, you send a note about the subscription saving up to 20% but for the food I buy it saves only 2% which is about a pound, with this amount it is better to track your sales and get it 10% some of the times This is just my honest opinion and I hope this will help :)
