The order and delivery process was excellent.
One suggestion I would make is to reduce the amount of packaging - I realise that a customer wants to receive the goods in perfect condition but the amount of padding was excessive.
In the past I have received Bag of dog food from another supplier with no additional packaging - it arrived undamaged. I think that was a bit extreme but does indicate how strong those bags are.
