Hi I received my new, pre-owned phone on Tuesday of this week. It arrived exactly as Gettech said it would. Delivered by An Post in a sturdy box. It is as perfect as one could imagine a pre-owned phone could be. There isn't a mark on it. I am very satisfied with that. I had issues however connecting to my bluetooth devices. I contacted Gettech help/service and they sent me the apple articles to do with this problem which didn't solve it. I was a bit disappointed then that that was as far as the help went. Gettech did offer to replace the phone if I wasn't happy. I spent the whole day trying to solve the problem which I finally did by plugging in the phone ( by pure fluke because the phone was charged and there was no discernible reason to plug it in). It connected then to my devices and by turning my wifi off and then on again I solved a problem there was about listening to podcasts. I sent on this troubleshooting information then and got no acknowledgement from Gettech which was a little disappointing because this would surely save someone else time and frustration. As I said earlier the phone itself is exactly as Gettech said it would be and I was happy with the value and the fact that we can reuse products that are perfectly serviceable. Thank you.
