I ordered iPhone XS from them and after 2 days the phone was flickering for a few seconds. I hard reset, updated my software and reinstall all apps but still have the same problem. I’ve reached out to customer service and they told me to hard reset the phone which I replied that I’ve already done it and still got the same problem. Haven’t heard from them since.
