I bought a phone which due to unforeseen circumstances I emailed the next day after paying for it to cancel my order. Was told it’s been shipped to me and I should refuse it on arrival and I did exactly what you asked me to do. It’s been 2 weeks now of emails and asking for my refund but you Get tech keeps telling me that they haven’t received my parcel from An post. The tracking on it is still saying it’s in Portlaoise the last 5 days. But it’s been 2 weeks this has been sent back to you. For a tracked item why is it taking so long? Please can you look into this urgently as it’s my money that’s supposed to be refunded. Regards. E
