Excellent customer service, very helpful. Only thing was that I did not receive my phone within the delivery time specified, and when I contacted the team at gettech, they told me there was an issue with stock but that they would send out my phone when they had new stock in, which was exactly what they did, and I realise it wasn’t really their fault, so not even really something I fault them for. Apart from this, I ordered the phone in “new condition” and a brand new battery. The phone couldn’t be in better condition, looks absolutely brand new, not one scratch or mark. Delighted with gettech and would be happy to order from them again. Thanks to all at gettech!!
