Ordered a phone on the 29th Nov. with a 2-3 working day delivery time. Hadn't arrived by 9th Dec so I phoned GetTech. I was informed that there was a problem with the particular model I had ordered and they were awaiting another delivery to come in. I was assured that I would receive my order in time for Christmas but was given the option to cancel. As I have purchased from GetTech before, and was very happy with previous orders, I said I'd hold out as long as they were guaranteeing delivery. From then on, communication via phone and email was very good and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I just think they should have contacted me first when they knew there was an issue, rather than me having to phone them (hence 4 out of 5 stars). My phone arrived on the 16th Dec and was perfect. Thank you. Will continue to use and recommend GetTech.
