I purchased an iPhone XR for my son and he's delighted with his phone. I purchased an 'as new' phone and it really does look brand new and is fab. I found Get Tech really easy to deal with - it's rare to find a 'real person' at the end of the phone, but I spoke to someone twice in follow up to my order. Their communication was excellent and thorough. I would have given five stars but my order was not received for a number of weeks instead of the 3-5 working days as indicated when I placed the order. I understand that his was in the lead up to Christmas and the phone I ordered was not available. However, the company communicated with me throughout and even though it came down to the wire I did receive the phone in time for Christmas.
