Phone arrived on time, but delivery company threw the box in my neighbors window as I was not present to accept the parcel (even though box said ''fragile''. There was a reception problem with the phone, but the staff in the Cork office were nice to deal with and were helpful, fixed the issue on the spot and said they would replace it if there were any more issues which is reassuring.
