Got an iPhone X back in May & have been holding off doing a review to make sure it was accurate. The iPhone X I got in May was pre-owned, looked pretty good, some signs of wear & tear but I was happy with it. The phone over heated & completely died after 1 month, wouldn’t turn back on, thankfully had iCloud up to date so lost nothing. Contacted customer support, prompt reply with return instructions, which was free. I posted the phone on Thurs, they got the phone on Friday, diagnostics to figure out what was wrong with the phone took until Tuesday, another 2 days to organise a new phone for me, dispatched Thurs & I got it Friday, so a whole 8 days without a phone one month after I had spent €500+ on one, fairly frustrating! But aside from the turn around time everything was straightforward, a replacement phone was issued with no hassle, its also pre-owned & few more scratches & obvious signs of this than the previous one but this one appears to be working well with no hitches so far.
