Phone was great better than expected however incorrect accessories arrived which was one of the reasons I chose to order my phone here so contacted the live agent chat on the website and was told a new one would be sent out . I followed up with the live agent chat and was told that the replacement case and screen protector had not been sent out and to contact support via email. I should not have been told by the support agent that it would be sent
